Nancy Garner managed Woolson Real Estate from 1982 until 1995, when she purchased the firm. Woolson Real Estate, Inc. has been a leader in both real estate sales and management throughout our history. While providing full management, financial reporting and a variety of management services; In addition to being a licensed real estate broker since 1987 and a licensed salesperson since 1983, Nancy Garner is an accountant and has passed the CPA exam, although she does not have a Public Accounting Certificate, lacking a few hours of apprenticeship. The remainder of the staff includes accounting, maintenance and licensed real estate professionals. Nancy J. Garner is a member of the Victoria, Texas and National Association of Realtors and is a licensed Real Estate Broker for the State of Texas.

Pat A. Brennan has lived in the Victoria Crossroads area since 1992. He is a graduate of the University of the Incarnate Word. Prior to joining the real estate team at Jacob Realty, Pat dedicated his professional life to public service, a career which spanned 30 years. He had the good fortune to live in many different areas across Texas – from the Texas Rio Grande Border to the sprawling plains of the Llano Estacado in the Texas Panhandle. Pat is committed to attentive client relationships based on honesty and integrity. He understands that the South Texas real estate industry is cyclical in nature and that timely market data is critical in every real estate transaction. Pat has been involved in beef cattle production for over 25 years and is experienced in range and pasture management and the implementation of wildlife management practices. Jennifer Pampell grew up and graduated in Dime Box, Texas. Since then she has lived in Washington county where she and her husband Chris have raised two children.
