Precious Erica Rogers has lived in the Greater Houston area for nearly 20 years. Precious obtained her Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction in Science Education from the University of Houston at Clear Lake and served the students and community of Humble ISD as a science educator for several years. As an educator, she quickly learned how to serve and meet the needs of a widely diverse people.

In real estate transactions, Precious still considers herself as an educator. She maintains an in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the market and ensures her clients are aware and educated of all the key factors through their transactional process so that they can make informed decisions. Precious's ongoing goals are to connect the right sellers and buyers to maximize the experience for whichever party she is representing. Precious and her husband have a toddler son who keeps them busy and on their toes. Together, they enjoy visiting parks, eateries, traveling, and serving at their church. She loves teaching the youth and adults at her church about the word of God and building their faith. Together, they also enjoy watching the Astros baseball team hit "home" runs. I'm a lifelong resident of Rosehill, a community just west of Tomball and Northwest of Houston Texas. I have seen a lot of change in the area over my life time. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She moved from Vancouver, Canada to Houston in 2015 now married and is raising twin girls. Lisa values hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service in everything she does. My years in the HR and Finance industry helped me gain skills to provide the best service to my real estate clients. Besides being a happy full-time mom I am also a yoga teacher and love to hike.

A real estate investor himself, with a Masters in Education, Joe Laub comes to the business of selling real estate with an eye for value and an eagerness to help others make informed decisions in the process of buying or selling a home. After earning his salesperson’s license, he pursued his broker’s license as soon as he was eligible because he wanted to learn as much as he could about the business, and not just “sell houses.” Thanks to Joe’s 25+ year background in the Commercial Property Casualty Insurance business, he developed notable expertise in writing and negotiating contracts.

Joe and Bethany are both Texas Real Estate Brokers and work as a team. They both have previous corporate sales experience and understand the importance of quality customer service and attention to detail. A former college athlete who also happens to be a Certified Personal Trainer, Joe enjoys nature and exercise. When he isn’t showing and selling real estate, you will probably find him on the golf course or the tennis courts.
