I am a veteran Real Estate agent, licensed in 2005, experienced with both residential and commercial properties, luxury urban homes, land, and ranches. I am particularly skilled in seeking out investment properties for my clients such as long term or short term rentals, flips, and brand new construction. As entrepreneur my entire life, real estate has been instrumental in expanding my business acumen. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with clients and helping them grow their portfolio and navigate financial climates. In addition to real estate, I have experience in construction. I have supervised remodeling for flips as well as brand new home construction, and I have knowledge of the construction process and materials. This experience helps me in choosing the best quality homes for my clients, as I can spot when builders have cut corners. Outside of real estate, I enjoy the Texan culture and love to visit the nearby towns for authentic experiences, amazing food, and shopping.

My objective is to provide excellence in everything I do. I have been a resident of Texas since March, 2014. I was born and raised in California and lived in Nevada County since 1981. During that time I was involved with the insurance and securities industry before becoming a loan officer in 1996. From there I became a broker and formed two corporations. I look at my profession as a mission, to be able to help others while "doing excellence". Integrity is everything to me and relationships are the key to work and life. My clients are also the people that I see in town, at the grocery store, busy doing life, like me; excellence is the only way!
