Ar'Sheill Monsanto has called Texas home for 10 years after fleeing from the harsh winters in Chicago. Now every day, I have the opportunity to wake up to enjoy much nicer weather in the urban metropolis of Houston, one of the most uniquely diverse cities in the country. After spending a decade working in public policy, advocacy and community outreach with Texas-based nonprofit organizations, I decided to make a shift to real estate to help people that aspire to homeownership accomplish their goals! For me, homeownership is more than securing a property, its legacy building and creating fond memories for future generations.  My background in community outreach lends me the expertise to help clients achieve their unique household needs in addition to making the buying, selling or leasing experience pleasurable. Before even from college graduation and obtaining a BS in Science of Business Administration, Juan Carlos Maldonado began his professional life working in the consulting family business of imports and exports in his home Country Colombia, helping important leading business in textile sector to improve their ability to expand operations.

Following after graduation at E.A.N. School of Business Administration in his hometown Bogota, Colombia, he made a major decision to move to the United States to work in the Educational sector. After making Houston his second based hometown he began his career in Real Estate with a mind of an investor, acquiring several income rental properties. His ability to oversee opportunities and his understanding of the local and international real estate along with his experience in the trading markets of the Foreign Exchange Currency Market, allowed him to have and edge of what became one of the major economic events in 2008, the financial crisis meltdown. Kina White is a native to Houston, Texas. She was raised in Missouri City, but now lives in the Katy area. She graduated from Letourneau University in 2011 with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. For several years, she worked as a mortgage closer for a Real Estate Attorney in Houston before she became a Realtor.
