Prior to joining The Firm, Randi Krasny, a Houston, TX native, began her professional journey behind the camera, assisting casting directors in discovering top talent for commercials, TV, and film. Her work on projects like Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 and 11, H&M, Disney, Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel, Ace Ventura 3, Never Back Down, Burn Notice, and The Glades honed her eye for detail and excellence. Transitioning to modeling and acting in Los Angeles, Randi gained invaluable experience that shaped her into a versatile and resourceful professional, making a couple of appearances on "General Hospital," among other TV shows before relocating to Houston.



Returning to Houston, Randi leveraged her diverse background to excel in various roles across industries. Her ability to identify exceptional talent and build strong relationships has been pivotal in her career. When she worked on the corporate side of Douglas Elliman Texas, Randi not only exceeded revenue targets by $1 billion but also successfully recruited over 244 agents statewide.
