Instead, she used her experience and network to make sure that they were completed quickly and well, with little to no hassle on my part. Callee was great at communicating proactively and directly while also communicating in a very friendly and personal way. The time that Callee took to walk me through the process of offer, option period, and closing is something that I very particularly appreciate as that was part of the process that I was least knowledgeable about coming in.
