I moved from Puerto Rico to Miami in 1990 and Houston in 1992. During a visit here, I fell in love with the small-town feel and big-city life. I also liked that Texas has a lone star flag like my little island. I am passionate about anything close to my heart.
For 30 years, I was successful at converting negative business trends into positive revenues for prestigious companies such as Ann Taylor, Coach Leatherware and Tory Burch, by building trust between my associates and the community. Some of the awards I received were for reducing employee turnover, converting traffic into sales and increasing retention through building solid client relationships. I was known for my passion towards excellence and integrity. During that time, I opened several new stores in various malls and shopping centers across the city and adjacent counties.
My passion for real estate began in 1999 when I bought a 1903 fixer-upper in Houston's First Ward. At that time, several community organizations were raising awareness for historical preservations. My second purchase was in the Houston Montrose area in 2004, where I lived for 15 years, subsequently returning to the First Ward.
My goal as a real estate agent is to listen and empower individuals and families by providing the knowledge and information necessary to make the best decision when purchasing a home based exclusively on their unique reality and circumstances.
