I have always had a deep appreciation for our community and the connections that I have built here. After graduating from BHS, I embarked on a rewarding journey in the world of sales and marketing where I've spent over 2 decades honing my skills and building lasting relationships. Cari Goeke leads buyers and sellers to tremendous success with her two decades of real estate experience and genuine passion for helping people. As the owner and founder of Southern District Sotheby's International Realty, she specializes in large land, farm, ranch and luxury properties throughout the Texas Triangle. Cari is particularly talented at serving the unique needs of Houston's second-home buyers.Real estate has been a part of Cari's life since childhood when she watched her grandfather build homes from the ground up and manage a successful investment portfolio. She first launched her own real estate career in the title industry while still enrolled in college. Cari worked her way up to running her own branch, and she considers the knowledge she gained throughout her time as an escrow officer to be instrumental to her success as a sales agent. Today, she's a consistent top producer and ranks 158th out of the more than 130,000 agents in the state.A native Texan and 15-year Brenham resident, Cari truly believes in living the lifestyle she sells. She resides on a working cattle ranch in the rolling hills of Austin County. In her free time, she can be found with her family taking in the immense beauty and serenity of country living.

After growing up in Bellville, graduating from Bellville High School and attending college, she and husband Steve made Bellville their home. Together, they have raised two great adult children, Jordan and Brady. After a 22 year career teaching, she fell in love with her second career in real estate. Kim's knowledge of Austin County and the surrounding area, along with an extensive network of community people give her the edge when assisting buyers and sellers. Kim and husband Steve purchased Bill Johnson and Associates Real Estate Company in February 2016 and will continue to operate the company under the same name. Former owner and friend, Bill Johnson, will remain the acting broker and continue to sell real estate.
