I love this job! Living up to my clients' expectations is a snap since I have been a resident of the Houston and surrounding area for over 40 years and know it well. Whether offering clients assistance in staging and marketing of properties or assisting them in locating the perfect home, I have the background and experience to make it easy for my clients to reach their goals. I primarily specialize in Galveston, Harris, Montgomery, Ft Bend , Brazoria counties. My knowledge of the surrounding areas enables me to assist my clients in finding the property that accommodates their lifestyle . I've been working in the real estate industry since I was a teenager helping my mother and became licensed in 1987 at 18 years old. My experiences as a real estate appraiser, mortgage underwriter, loan officer, investor, landlord, trainer, and property manager give me unique qualifications to serve my clients. I also have many years' experience as a trainer and salesperson. I love to help my clients learn as much as they'd like about real estate and the processes involved to sell or buy.
