If I could give Kristi and Joel Griffin 10 stars, I would. Having worked with both of them for buying and selling our home, I’m delighted to share our wonderful experiences with each. Kristi might be the most patient realtor on the planet. She genuinely cares about helping families transition to a new stage of their lives, finding the perfect home that meets all their needs—from location and children’s needs to must-haves and don't-wants. She isn’t just in the business of selling houses; she is dedicated to helping people make happy, healthy transitions. I always felt she had our family’s best interests at heart. Navigating the emotions and complexities of finding a new home, she made us feel supported every step of the way. You will never regret choosing her to help you buy your home. She is a rare and special realtor and human being. Joel is the realtor you want to help you sell your home. He is clear, concise, direct, and fair, while still caring about what’s important to you. His extensive real-world experience with a variety of situations was evident throughout the process. When I felt anxious, he was grounded. When I was unsure, he confidently guided us. He communicated the what and why of every decision clearly, and he was also open to my thoughts, making adjustments based on our input. He works well with other realtors and, most importantly, gets the job done. Our house had four offers two days after the open house and sold in about three weeks from listing to close - and we got over our asking price. This is especially impressive considering homes in our neighborhood typically average 101 days on the market and most have to reduce price considerably. Amazing job, Joel! Not only do you get the best with them as buyer or seller agents, but their entire support team is phenomenal. Brooke was incredibly organized, professional, and quick to reply, keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine. She is pure gold to the team. Emily’s suggestions for preparing the house to sell were key to us getting over asking price, and she was a joy to work with. Hire Joel, Kristi, and their amazing team—you won’t regret it. I would recommend Griffin Realty Group to anyone looking for a rental home in the Conroe area. I had the pleasure of working with Brooke Wiggins through out my home rental process. The Griffin Realty Group was a joy to work with. From our first meeting to closing they truly made sure we felt comfortable and educated and I cannot thank them enough for being our eyes, ears, nose, feet, and advocates as we tried to buy a house from another state . We’re overjoyed and would recommend them a million times!

The company is the best! They staged our home, they drone our home, then placed it on the market! The owners actually completed the open house! Now job is too big or little, this company cares. They are family!
