Her knowledge of the process, of how much houses are worth, what problems we might face with a given house, etc., was invaluable. Violet is super sharp and has a real ability to read people, which came out during the two different stages of negotiation. Negotiating well, and knowing how much risk to take while negotiating, is hard, and her advice turned out to be impeccable. Her negotiation skills saved us A LOT of money. We ended up getting an amazing deal on a house we love. Like I said, we couldn t have asked for a better realtor. She s also just such a sweet and kind person and really genuinely cares about doing what is in your best interest. Violet is a gem. We were so lucky to find her and couldn t recommend her more.”
