Vacant Land %u213 Land is a very special property class. It%u219s relatively easy to show a gourmet cook a wonderful commercial kitchen in a home and see their eyes light up. It%u219s more of a challenge to help a buyer or seller to realize the potential in a piece of land. I live on a ranch and know what to look for in the hill country. I have sold homes, condos, townhomes, land and lake properties in the Austin and surrounding areas full time since 1983. It is a real pleasure to help buyers and sellers find their dream home! I also have experience with remodeling and building homes. I have been living in Austin, Texas since 1978. I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and attended college in California where I obtained a 2 year Associates degree from Palomar Junior College. I have a broad knowledge of the history of many subdivisions, who built in the area, soil conditions that affect the integrity of construction, types of construction used in various time periods, and how these factors can affect your contemplated home purchase. I have also assisted clients with helping design, remodel and build homes over the years. I also know and have an understanding of remodeling costs, structural issues and soil conditions that can affect the integrity, value and repair issues that come up when either buying or selling a home.
