About Scott Merryman
While still on Active duty with the Coast Guard I earned my Real Estate Sales Person License in May of 2005. A year later I retired in June 2006 after 22 years active duty service and have been practicing real estate full time since. As a result of this I have an affinity for helping military members and veterans with locating a home and obtaining either conventional financing or VA loans. In addition to this, I specialize in properties in the Houston/Galveston area including Tiki Island, Bayou Vista, Omega Bay, Galveston Island, Dickinson, Hitchcock, Santa Fe and League City.
