Christela is a born and raised Houstonian and has reside in Cypress with her family for more than two decades. Her true passion is to help others and that is what brought her into real estate. In her free time she loves and adores to spend time with her big family and their dogs. Christela's husband owns a remodeling business in Cypress and she offers many perks to her clients before listing or after purchase. Rolando Garza was born and raised in Baytown. This has given him an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local people. He became a licensed real estate agent in 2023. Rolando's experience hasn't always been in real estate. He spent 4 years working for GCCISD as a Paraprofessional. He also spent 9 years working in construction at places such as Exxon Mobil, INEOS, and Jindal doing various tasks. His love for real estate came from purchasing his own home here in Baytown with his lovely wife. His knowledge of the area and drive to find that perfect home really sets him apart.

I have lived and worked within the Houston Metro and Galveston areas for most of my life. I began my real estate journey by purchasing my first property in 2016. After earning my license, I learned the art of investing and wealth-building through real estate. I developed and executed my investment goals by purchasing three properties in five years to enhance my portfolio.


I specialize in the Pearland, South Houston, Friendswood/Clear Lake, League City, Katy, and Cypress areas, but I assist clients in other places as needed.
