Paula Duke has lived in Austin for over 25 years. Her "I never meet a stranger" attitude and local connections make her a natural for the residential real estate industry. Prior to joining Moreland Properties, Paula honed her skills in marketing and sales, most notably for Conoco, The Houston Ballet, and the Arnold Palmer Peerless Golf Clubs, affording her valuable experience in negotiation, which she now leverages on behalf of her clients.
